- Send a deletion request via email to [web@is-mail.my.id] with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
- Include relevant identifying information to verify your request.
- We will review your request and delete the data within a maximum of 14 business days.
- You will receive confirmation via email once your data has been successfully deleted.
